From Nexcenter customer portal, you can monitor the data center system operation status and manage your equipment and wiring seamlessly. By visualizing the real-time status of server room temperature and humidity, equipment status, power usage, and air-conditioning workload, you can experience the flexible and efficient operations and utilize for future expansion plan. In case of any trouble, customers and data center staff monitor the same screen and enable to solve the problem rapidly and smoothly.

Measuring the power rate by breaker unit, you can check the current power value by racks.

We set reference temperature and humidity points, and also provide more precise level by installing dedicated sensers for customers' space.

Server Room Monitoring and Alarm System
Customers can set their own setting levels of threshold. There are two levels of setting in each high and low degree, the warning level and critical level.
The alarm will be displayed on the portal screen in real-time when the customers setting level exceeds. Customers can also get an alarm notice by email.

Customized Reports
The collected data will saved in DCIM data base. The data will be saved by the average levels per 15-min up to 60 days. Customers can also export the data by their choice of a file format.

Floor Layout
2D Floor Layout
The server room floor layout is available in 2D view. You can confirm your racks and equipment location. In addition, your equipment is sorted out in different colors which let you see the status easily.
3D Floor Layout
3D view of the server room is also available. You can confirm the status if your equipment mounting.
Rack ICT Equipment Management
Drag and drop the ICT equipment icon and make your own equipment mounting layout. You can also manage the in between cabling of equipment and power cable wiring.
